二氧化碳激光治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎206例临床观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF CHRONIC HYPERTROPYIC RHINITIS TREATED WITH CARBON DIOXIDE (206 CASES)

二氧化碳激光治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎较下鼻甲电凝固术、硬化剂注射、冷冻及部分切除反应轻、效果好。我科应用二氧化碳激光治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎２０６例，痊愈１９０例（占９２．２％）、好转１２例（占５．８％）、无效４例（占２％），总有效率为９８％。１２例好转患者凝固范围不足，４例无效患者均为下鼻甲骨性肥大。治疗后经一年随访观察，未见鼻甲萎缩或感染，鼻通气功能良好。

cases of hypertrophic rhinitis were treated with laser, includung male 135 cases,female 71 cases. Ages are from 12 to 63 years old and the peak incidence age is 20 to 40years old. History is 1 to 38 years. The results are as follows:190 cases are cured,the one time cure rate is 92.2%,12 cases are improved(5.8%).Total effect rate is 98%,4 cases get no result.No nasal cocha atrophy or infections were found after one year's follow up survey.
