摘要
高温、悬浮态气固反应试验台能够比较接近生产实际状况地研究各种粉状物料的悬浮态气固反应动力学。利用它对含硫铜精矿进行氧化焙烧动力学研究,所得规律可用来定量地指导工业反应器──焙烧炉的设计和操作。
An experimental board for high-temperature gas-solid reaction of various suspended powdered materials under nearly practical operation conditions was developed and applied to dynamics study for oxidizing roasting of S-containing copper concentrate.The results observed can be used to quantitatively guide the design and operation of full-scale roaster.
