摘要
针对该厂第二吸收塔塔底钢板严重腐蚀的情况,修复前对塔底环向焊缝剪应力、塔底弯矩、塔周边焊缝的周向应力进行核算,对抗弯强度不够的塔底进行加固后,认为可采用通常的“顶塔”修复方案,并一次“顶塔”插底成功。
A badly wornout final absorption tower was repaired successfully by “lift - and - bottom insert” method. Before repair, the shearing stress of ringwelded seam and bending moment of bottom,and pertriheric stress of peripherat welded seam werechecked up and some enhancement measures weretaken.
