摘要
通过测试ＲＨＳ４铸造合金在硫酸温度为７０～２２０℃、浓度为１０％～９８％等不同介质中的腐蚀情况，以及ＲＨＳ４的挂片试验结果和现场试用情况，说明ＲＨＳ４铸造合金在高温硫酸中具有较好的耐蚀性，可用作稀酸浓缩装置的鼓泡管等。并对其耐蚀性从合金的金相织织结构加以分析。
The corrosion tests in 10% - 98 % H2SO4 at 70～220℃, laboratory tests and field apptication ofRHS4 cast alloy are described. The results show thatRHS4 cast alloy has satisfactory corrosion resistanceand can be used for bubbling tubes of drum concentrator. The corrosion resistance of RHS4 is analyzedbase on its metallurgical texture.
