摘要
在进气SO2浓度为9%的条件下,由于3+1两转两吸工艺不能确保总转化率>99%、尾气SO2浓<500PPm,故推荐3+2两转两吸工艺。设计计算表明,采用3+2两转两吸工艺,转化器投资基本相当,虽增加一台换热器,总传热面积却有所下降。实际运行数据表明,当进气SO。浓度为8.4%~8.6%时,总转化率为99.79%~99.88%,尾气SO滤浓度<300ppm;当进气SO2浓度为9.0%~9.2%时,总转化率仍达99.68%~99.72%,尾气SO2浓度<500PPm。
The 3 + 2 double conversion technology is recommended to the H2SO4 plants in 3 + 1 double conversion configuration where the total conversion can not be maintained at >99 % or SO2 concentration in the tail gas is >500ppm when a inlet SO2 concentration of about 9% is adopted. The design calculation indicate that the capital costs of converter in both configuration are about the same but the total heat exchange area in 3+2 is a little lower than in 3 + 1 although a additional heat exchanger is needed.The practical operation data showed that the totalconversion was 99. 79%~ 99. 88% and the SO2 in tail gas < 300ppm when the inlet SO2 concentration was 8. 4% ~8. 6%, and 99. 68%~ 99. 72% and <500ppm when the SO2 was 9. 0% ~ 9. 2%, respectively.
