介绍了大口径低真空蝶阀漏气速率的测试,对测试过程中出现的一些现象进行了分析。
The information of air leakage rate test for large diameter and low vacuum butterfly valves is given,some phenomena appear during test are analyzed and several requirements about the auxiliary vessel are put forward.
