摘要
本文介绍了采用氧乙炔火焰喷涂Al2O3-TiO2陶瓷材料。对其耐磨性能和机理进行的试验研究结果表明,在Al2O3中加入一定量的TiO2不仅使Al2O3可以采用氧乙炔火焰喷涂,并且涂层的孔隙率下降,抗压强度增加,耐磨性能提高。
Oxygrn-acetylene f1ame spraying A12O3-TiO2 ceramic material is introduced,and spraying coat’s wear behaviour and mechanism are studied.The results show that Al2O3 ceramic material with some quantity of TiO2 can be sprayed by oxy-acetylene flame, and spraying coat's wear behaviour and comprereive resistance are increased,porosity is decreased.
