摘要
本文介绍了作者开发、研制的液压电梯专用开关控制流量集成阀块(简称HEV阀块)的工作原理,研究了开关控制先导液桥对流量阀的控制机理,分析了外载变化对控制性能的影响,并利用CAT技术对阀块的试验数据进行了处理与分析。
This paper introduces the development and research work Carried out on a new type of flow control valve blook integrated with multistage on-off control units,which is designed to be used on elevating system.With the data obtained by CAT techniques,dynamic flow characteristcs of the valve block has been throughly investigated.Good agreements have been found between calculating and measuring result.
