The Relation Between Cutting Temperature and Tool Wear

摘要 本文建立了用切削温度的分布密度函数方差值监测刀具磨损的数学模型,并定性分析了切削温度的自相关函数、概率分布曲线形状与刀具磨损状态的关系。 The mathematical model of tool wear is defined by probability density function of cutting temperature.In this paper,the auto correlation function of cutting temperature and the influence of probability distribution function on tool wear is qualitatively discussed.
