肾移植术后环孢素A应用对血浆内皮素水平的影响

Effects of using cyclosporine A after renal transplantation on plasma enelothelin levels

放免测定尿毒症病人在肾移植手术前后及应用环孢素A（CsA）后血清内皮素（ET）水平，并以正常人为对照。结果，尿毒症期ET水平（195．3±51．7pg／ml）明显高于正常（82．7±24．6），移植肾功能恢复后ET降至正常，应用CsA后ET再度显著升高（114．0±14．8pg／ml），成为CsA肾毒性的主要原因之一。

The plasma endothelin levels of the patients ill with uremia were determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA) before and after the renal transplantation and after using cyclosporine A.Moreover,the normal persons were used as the control proup. The results showed that at the stage with uremia, the plasma endothelin levels of the patients (195. 3± 51. 7pg/ml )were significantly higher than the levels of normal control group (82. 7±24.6). After the functions of the post-transplantation kidneys had been recovered from the grafting,the plasma endothelin levels decreased to normae level. That the plasma endothelin levels remarkably in crease again after using cyclosporine A becomes one of the main causes of nephrotoxicity.
