摘要
本文用逆行荧光素比标记法,研究了大白鼠皮质向脊脑及尾壳核的投射及分支投射、将GB及NY分别注入9只大白鼠的脊髓及尾壳核,发现皮质脊髓神经元的分布相当广泛,皮质尾壳核神经元的分布区域几乎全部重叠于皮质脊髓神经元的分布区域内,在大脑皮质的4、3区发现荧光素双标记细胞,约占同区总标记细胞的1/10.表明大脑皮质内有神经元向脊髓及尾壳核发出分支投射。该结果对解释锥体系及锥体外系的复杂生理功能,提供了进一步的形态学依据。
Using the method of retrograde fluorescein double label studied the projection and divergent projection from the cerebral cortex of rats to spinal cord and caudate putamen. GB and NY were injected into the spinal cord and caudate putamen of 9 rats separately' It was found that the distribution of the corticospinal neuron in the rat was widespread in the cerebral cortex and the distributive area of the corticocaudate neuron was almost wholly on top of that of the corticospinal neuron. Many retrograde fluorescein double label cells were observed in the cortical areas 4 and 3, which accounted about for 1/10 of the total label cells in the same area. The results indicate that some cortical neurons may divergently project on both spinal cord and caudate putamen. The discovery might provide further morphological basis for explaining the complicated physiological function of extrapyramidal system.
