带血管腓骨移植治疗骨肿瘤截除后骨缺损

The bone defect after the bone tumor had been amputated was treated by fibula grafting with blood vessel

对22例四肢骨肿瘤截除后骨缺损采用带血管腓骨移植修复，其中吻合血管腓骨移植15例，带血管蒂腓骨移位移植7例，手术效果满意。本术式的适应症为：长管骨良性或低度恶性肿瘤，肿瘤较局限，全身情况较好者，骨肿瘤截除后缺损在7cm以上者。同时讨论了该术式在骨肿瘤治疗中的价值。

22 cases with bone defect after the bone tumor of bone of limb had been amputated were renovated by using fibula grafting with blood vessels. Among them, 15 cases were fibula grafting with anastomotic blood vessels,7 cases were fibula dioplacement grafting with vessel pedicle and the operative effects were satisfactory. The indications of this kind of operations are benign long bones or low malignant tumor,more;localized tumor,the patient whose whole body condition is goOd. and the patient whose bone defect after the bone tumor is amputated is more than 7cm. Moreover the value of this kind of operations in the treating of bone trmor had been discussed.
