摘要
由于大型一氧化碳气柜在数十米的工作行程中,柜体始终沿导轨交替地左右旋转20°,光纤柜位计测得的钢绳长度并不是气柜的真实高度。将柜位计的计量钢绳移至柜顶计算好的点上,可以较好地弥补这一误差。但通过二次仪表的中央处理器用数学公式来修正所测数据,才是充分发挥光纤传感器高精度优越性的根本方法。
In tens metres working travel of a large CO gasholder,the annular float bodies of the gasholder revolve 20° alternatively. The length of the steel wire rope which is measured by the optic fibre sensor of gasholder gauge is,therefore,not real height of the gasholder.If the steel wire rope is moved to a prior calculated point on the gasholder top,the measuring error will decrease considerably. The final way to give full play to the high accuracy of the OFS gauge is to compensate the measured data by means of mathematical formulas processed by a μP in the secondary instrument of the OFS gauge.
