摘要
对斜轴式轴向柱塞泵配流副──组成楔形油膜间隙的缸体与配流盘──的泄漏量、功率损失进行了理论计算,分析了配流副的污染磨损机理。在综合考虑配流副泄漏量、功率损失及抗污染磨损能力的基础上,对描述配流副配流工况的参数进行了优化。
The leakage flow rate and power loss of the bent-axis piston pump distribution pair are calculated,which is composed of a distributor and a cylinder block. The mechanism for contaminant wear of the distribution pair is also studied.On the basis of all round consideration of these factors,the parameters for describing the working state of the distribution pair are optimized.
