摘要
在分析各种原料主要作用的基础上，通过大量试验，研究了不同原料掺量对材料性能的影响，从而得到了煤矸石轻质保温材料的最佳配方范围，煤矸石为５０％～６０％，可燃物造孔剂为３０％～３５％，粘结剂为１２％～２０％，外加剂为０．１５％～０．２０％。
Based on analysis of main raw materials, the influence of amount of raw materials to be added on the properties of the thermal insulation materials was investigated by a number of tests. It was found that the best range for making lightweight thermal insulation material is:coal waste 50%～60%,combustible poreforming agent 30%～35%, binder 12%～20%, and additive 0. 15%～0. 20%.
