摘要
应用超动态测试系统,通过改变炮孔的形状和结构研究切槽孔的爆破效应。研究结果表明:切槽孔爆炸应力场分布与普通孔爆炸应力场分布不同。由于切槽的作用,使得沿切槽方向应力场加强,从而利于爆破裂缝的定向扩展。切槽孔裂纹的起裂、扩展和止裂行为主要受爆生气体静态应力场作用。
The mechanism of notched-hole blasting and crack propagation was studied by means of ultra-dynamic measuring system and dynamic photoelastic apparatus.The report investigates directional cracks initiation,propagation and termination from audio visual recrding of one borehole blasting process. Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of dynamic process explained the mechanism of notched-hole blasting.The fracture criterion is also built.Theparameter of groove and explosion is given.all conclusions and experiment results are of certain value to study directional fracture control blasting and its application in practice.
