摘要
通过显微分析探讨了活柱感应重熔的热过程特点,并通过理论模型分析了温度场分布特征及其影响因素.分析表明,热过程中温度场的不均衡性导致层状结构,而高温区数量与位置则明显地确定于涂层材料本身.在无限大平板模型下求得功率密度函数近似解,认为频率与材料电阻率及磁导率是影响温度分布规律的主要因素,它们可用α参量综合表征.
The features of induction remelting of inner member of props are discussed based on microscopic analysis. The features of distribution of temperature field and the influencing factors are studied by a theoretical model. The investigation has revealed that imbalance of temperature field leads to laminated structures,and the number and position of high temperature zones are obviously determined by the coating materials. An approximation solution of power density function can be obtained by a infinite plate model. It is considered that the main factors influencing distribution of temperature field are frequency and resistivity and magnetic conductivity of the materials, which can be represented by performance characteristics of a parameter.
