泥炭降解物作增粘剂的研究

STUDY ON THE ADHESIVE-STRENGTHENING ABILITY OF PEAT DEGRADATION PRODUCT

用泥炭降解物作增粘剂，考察了其加入量及制备条件对脲醛树脂粘合剂的增粘效果。对其增粘的原因进行了探讨。在合适条件下，该增粘的粘结剂性能比脲醛树脂提高了２倍。

The tests for adhesive strengthening ability of peat degradation product(PDP)on a urea-formaldehyde resin(UF resin)were carried out.The ef- fect of preparation conditions of the adhesive complex on adhesive ability was inves- tigated.Morever the reason of the adhesion increasing was discussed.At selected most favorable condtions,reaction temp.80℃,reaction time 1h,ratio of PDP to UF 1:12 ,the adhesive ability of adhesive thus made increased by three folds compared with the unstrenthened adhesive,UF resin.
