用先锋优质褐煤制取活性炭的研究

PREPARATION OF AN ACTIVE CARBON FROM XIANFENG BROWN COAL WITH HIGH QUALITY

利用云南先锋优质褐煤，采用优化工艺制备出碘值大于８００ｍｇ／ｇ，比表面积１３３５．５ｍ￣２／ｇ和孔容积０．７８５ｍｌ／ｇ的活性炭。进行了ＣＯ＿２气体的饱和吸附、快速吸附和脱附试验；在不同ｐＨ值下对水中Ｃｒ￣（６＋）的吸附能力和Ｆｒｅｕｎｄｌｉｃｈ等温线评价试验：Ｋ＝３６．３，１／ｎ＝０．６９１，最佳ｐＨ＝５。

An active carbon from the Xianfeng browncoal in Yunnan with high guality is prepared by a simple process,The iodine value of the prodcut is over 800 mg/g,the specific surface area eaches 1335.5m￣2/g and pore volume is 0.785ml/g. The experiments of saturated adsorption and quickacting adsorption and desorption are carried out for the product.The adsorption capality of Cr￣(6+) in differ- ent pH solution and the paraments of Freundlich equation are invetigated and ob- tained.The results are:K=36.3,1/n=0.691 and pH=5.0.
