摘要
层序地层学经历了三个发展阶段,现已发展为与岩石地层、年代地层、生物地层及地震资料相结合的综合阶段,并且已从在理论上有争议的模型演化成一种在实践上可采纳的方法。介绍了主要在七个方面的最新进展。陆相层序地层学尚处于初期阶段,但层序地层学概念已被用于各种陆相环境中相构型变化的解释。给出了应用于我国陆相盆地的六个实例,它们是有益而成功的尝试。
The sequence stratigraphy underwent three stages of its development. It has been in the synthetical period being in combination with petrostratigraphy, chronostratigraphy, biostratigraphy and seismic data, and has become a method which could be accepted in practice from a controversy theoretical model. Seven main new progresses of it are introduced here. The continental sequence stratigraphy is still in its initial stage, but the concepts of the sequence stratigraphy have been applied to the interpretation of the change of facies configuration in various continental environments. There have been some attempts of its application to the Chinese continental basins, and six examples of success are enumerated in the paper.
