摘要 研究了舰载机前起落架的突伸运动。针对这个问题,文中建立了一个两自由度的质量-弹簧-阻尼器的力学模型,推导出突伸运动方程以及两种不同形式的双气室缓冲器的非线性气体弹簧力和油液阻尼力的计算公式,并通过对已有试验结果的验算说明了本模型的可行性。利用该模型,用数值方法分析、校核了某舰载机的初步设计方案,计算得到了前起落架突伸运动的位移、速度曲线,并给出突伸期间飞机在甲板上的滑行距离和攻角的增量。文中还讨论了油液阻尼对提高突伸速度和避免机轮二次撞击甲板的影响,指出了协调、优化舰载机突伸性能和着舰性能的途径。本文的工作对舰载机突伸机构的设计具有参考价值。 The fast-extension motion of the nose gear of the carrier-based aircraft is studied.An available mechanical a model with two degrees of freedom which consists of a mass,a spring and two dampers is established. Motion equations about the fast-extension and formulas for calculating nonlinear gas-spring force and oleo-damping force of two kinds of absorbers with double gas-rooms are deduced. By use of the mechanical model,the preliminary design scheme of some carrier-based,aircraft is checked in the numerical method and many numerical results such as displacement-time curve and velocity-time curve of the fast-extension motion,slipping distance on the deck and the increment of the attack angle of aircraft during the fast-extension motion,are obtained. The effect of the oleo-damping on increasing the fast-extension velocity and avoiding the second shock that the nose wheel bumps against the deck is also discussed. The way to harmonize and optimize the nose gear fast-extension performance and the deck-landing property of the aircraft is pointed out. The results in this paper are of some reference value to the design of the fast-extension mechanism.
