摘要
立足于CIMS工程实践,描述了计算机集成制造系统在中小型企业中应用的结构模型,研究了实现以面向市场和用户需求为核心的企业经营活动的功能领域划分方法,并建立了系统的功能结构模型,文章分析了能够满足系统集成要求的信息结构和物料流系统,研究并介绍了一种适用于中小型企业应用CIMS的网络体系结构和计算机递阶控制结构。在CIMS应用技术方面,着重讨论了并行工程与CIM系统的关系及其在CIM中的应用,强调了成组技术在CIM系统中的地位和作用,并描述了成组技术的应用领域。文中所及理论与技术均已在某航空企业所属公司的CIMSI程设计的实践中得到应用,并已通过了专家评审。
Based on their practice of CIMS engineering, the authors have described the structural model of CIMS application for a medium or small-sized enterprise. They researched on the methodology of determining the function domain for the enterprise activity oriented the customer's expectations, and presented a function structural model for CIMS. The information structure and the material flow,which can satisfied the need for integration, are also analysed.The authors presented a kind of network structure and a type of computer-controlled hierarchical structure which are suitable for the CIMS application to a medium or small-sized enterprise.In the aspect of technological application to CIMS, the authors emphasized the application of concurrent engineering in CIMS and discussed the relationship between them. The situation and application of group technology in CIMS are also discussed. The theory and technology presented in this article are all applied to a CIMS engineering for a factory which belong to a aeronautical enterprise, and the engineering designs have been examined and approved by the experts in CIMS.
