粗纱机上销弹簧压力与粗纱质量关系的探讨

Relations between Upper Pin Spring Pressure and Roving Qulity on Roving Frame

本文叙述了国产粗纱机锭间的条干不匀率差异明显高于引进设备的原因；分析了牵伸过程中弹簧摆动销的受力和摆动情况。通过试验，说明适当加大上销弹簧的压力，能改善粗纱条干和缩小锭差。

Abstract Hgving represented the relation of yarn irregularity diversity in eath spindle on home-maderoving frame is absolutely higher than the imported equipment,and analysed the pressure andswing of spring swing pin,the writer shows us that roving evenness and yarn irregularity of spindle can be improved by way of loading the pressure of upper pin spring appropriately.
