Abstract Having introduced the solution of technical problems with the addition of rotor spinning workshop, and combined with technical re formation, the paper represents the practical sense of improving enterprise comprehensive economic benefit by way of integrating building up rotor spinning workshop, setting a new type waste cotton treatment system and enlarging the combing ability.
