摘要
本文对超细涤纶纤维与普通涤纶纤维的梳理所产生棉结进行对比试验,并作了初步理论分析,认为超细纤维须避免重复梳理,其梳理强度应弱于普通纤维,梳理时间应比普通纤维短。根据超细纤维的特性,应有相适应的梳理工艺和分梳元件解决梳理棉结问题。
Abstract Having compared the neps of super-fine polyester fibre and common polyester fibre,the paperanalyses them tentatively in terms of theory,and points out that super-fine fibre should avoid repeating carding,and be lower carding intensity and shorter carding time than common fibre. According to the characteristics of suprer-fine fiber,suitable carding process and carding elementsshould be set up for solving carding neps problem.
