摘要
用比色法测定了甲哌啶在棉子和土壤中的残留及其在棉叶和土壤中的消解动态。棉子、棉叶和土壤的方法添加回收率71.5%~74.8%、72.8%~81.7%和83.3%~92.2%,变异系数4.98%~9.84%、4.79%~7.15%和5.16%~7.13%,最小检出浓度0.28、0.19和0.29mg·kg-1。测定结果表明,按照甲哌啶推荐用量处理棉花,棉子中未检出甲哌啶。甲哌啶在棉叶和土壤中的半衰期为9.41~9.44天和8.2天。
Colorimetric analysis was used to measure
residue of mepiquat chloride in cottonseed and soil,and degradation of mepiquat chloride in
cotton foliage and soil.Fortified recover-ies of the method for cotton seed,cotton foliage and soil
were 71.5%~74.8%,72.8%~81.7%and 83.3%~92.2%. Coefficient of variations(CV)were
4.98%~9.84%,4.79%~7.15%and 5.16%~7.13%,respectively. Minimum detectable
concentrations were 0.28,0.19 and 0.29mg·kg-1,respectively.The experimental results
showed that the residue ofmepiquat chloride in cotton seed was non detectable,when mepiquat
chloride was used ac-cording to the recommended dose.The half life of mepiquat chloride in
cotton foliage and soilwere 9.41~9. 44 days and 8.2 days,respectively.
