Reprocessing of Plastic Packaging Film

所谓包装薄膜的二次加工,指在印刷的(或未经印刷的)包装薄膜上涂底漆、粘胶剂、乳化剂、分散剂、热熔胶等,或者用复合或挤出涂布法再复上一层薄膜的加工方法。其目的在于通过复合将不同单层薄膜的优点合而为一。经过二次加工的包装材料的重要特征是:水蒸汽和空气透过率比较低,保香和阻光性好,撕裂和穿孔强度高,此外,还可具有低温稳定性及热封性、机械适应性和优良的外观等。复合技术就是通过水溶性或溶剂型粘接剂、蜡、热熔胶、聚乙烯或无溶剂型固体粘接剂将两层或多层薄膜复合起来的方法。

In particular field of packaging it is obvious that the single layer plastics film could not meet the special requirements for products packaged. However, it could be converted with laminating, coating and metallizing to obtain the, combined properties to be the ideal packaging material. This article describes the converting process technology in the view of the technique and market developments.
