摘要
研究了培养液中不同浓度的HCO3-及Fe2+处理下枳、红桔和酸橙的试管苗根系的H+分泌量。三种试材的H+分泌均受介质HCO3-水平影响。积的H+分泌量与HCO3-浓度是正相关,红桔和酸橙的H+分泌量与HCO3-浓度呈抛物线相关。三种柑桔中只有酸橙的H+分泌量受Fe2+水平影响,介质缺钱时其根系分泌的H+增多。
Proton extrusion by roots of tube-seedlings of P.trifoliata,C. reticulata and C. aurantium was determined. While HCO3- affected proton extrusion of all the three species, a positive correlation between HCO3-level and proton secretion for P. trifo-liata and parabolic correlations for C. reticulata and C. aurantium; iron only affected that of C.aurantium. Iron deficiency in culture medium enhanced proton efflux.
