摘要
在体外实验的基础上,我们将既具有抗B细胞Smlg又具有抗破伤风类毒素(TT)的双特异抗体注入小鼠体内,与非特异B细胞结合后,成为模拟的TT特异性B细胞,以用于进一步探讨B细胞在体内的抗原递呈能力。通过比较具备与不具备模拟特异B细胞两类小鼠对TT免疫应答的强度,说明模拟的特异B细胞在体内能有效地摄取、处理和递呈相应抗原。证实特异性B细胞在免疫应答启动阶段起着重要的传递抗原信息作用。
Based on our previous studies on antigen presentation of B lymphocyte in vitro. we transferedthe bispecific antibodies which were sythesised by chemical conjugtition and with two specific binding sites(anti-Smlg and anti-TT antigen)into mice. These bispeciic antihodies would bind to normal B cells to makenonxpeclfic B cells into TT-specific Bcells(the mimiced specific B cells).In this experiment,we compared theimmune response to TT antigen of primed mice with or without the mimiced specific B cell. The resultsshowed that the mimiced specific B cells were more efficient in uptaking,procesing and presenting TT antigento T cell. Our studing demonstrated that specific B cell play an important role of conducting the antigen im-formation in the initiation of immune response.
