The Effect of Clq on the Proliferation of the Immunological Cells

为研究人Ｃｌｑ分子的免疫调节功能，本文探讨了Ｃｌｑ分子与各免疫细胞增殖的关系。当Ｃｌｑ分别与三株细胞Ｒａｊｉ、Ｕ＿（９３７）及ＭｏＩＴ＿４共同孵育５ｄ，经光镜下细胞计数及￣３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ掺入法均显示Ｃｌｑ明显抑制各细胞增殖，此作用呈Ｃｌｑ剂量依赖正相关可饱和性，且能为Ｆ（ａｂ′）＿２ａｎｔｉＣｌｑ所阻断，提示Ｃｌｑ通过与细胞表面Ｃ１ｑＲ相互作用所致。

To investigate the immunoregulatory role of Clq, we showed the relationship between Clqand immunological cells.When each of the different cell lines(Raji,U_(937) and MolT_4 cells)were cultured for 5days with Clq, cell proliferation was inhibited in a dose-dependent manner observed under microscope andwith the method of the incorperation of ￣3H-TdR, which can he blocked by F(ab′)_2 anti Clq,This resultssuggested that the effect was caused by tine interaction between Clq and ClqR.
