摘要
为了探讨雷公藤多甙(TWP)对家兔急性实验性血治病(AESS)的免疫调节作用,我们以家兔AEsS为实验模型,观察BSA免疫实验动物后的不同时期TWP对家兔外周血T和B淋巴细胞增殖的影响、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)活性的影响及肾脏组织的病理学变化。结果表明:TWP明显抑制ConA诱导T淋巴细胞的增殖,但对LPS诱导的B淋巴细胞增殖无影响。抑制ConA诱导T淋巴细胞产生IL-2;抑制循环免疫复合物(CIC)的形成;减少肾小球内炎性细胞浸润和肾小球内免疫复合物(IC)沉积。提示:TWP可能通过抑制T淋巴细胞的功能,发挥对家兔AESs的免疫调节作用,从而减轻AESS发病进程中肾脏病理损伤的程度。
In order to investigate the effect of tripterygium the wilfordii polyglycosidium(TWP)on theacute experimental serum sickness(AESS)in rabbits,AESS is used as an experimental model,and 24 rabbitswere randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 12 in each. In the experimentalgroup,l day before and after the injection of bovine serum albumin(BSA),TWP of 30mg/kg·d was fivenperidonely for 2 weeks. For the control group,only equal amount normal saline instead of TWP. The effect ofTWP on proliferation of PBMC ,activity of interleukin-2(IL-2) and pathological changes in kidneys were in-vest igated.The results showed that TWP could effectively suppress the proliferation of T lymphocytes in-duced by ConA. But conld not supress that of B lymphocytes ind uced by LPS. Moreover,TWP could inhibltthe production of IL-2 in T lymphocytes induced with ConA,and inhibit immune complex depositlon and in-flammatory cell infiltration in the glomeruli.It is suggested that TWP have immunomodulatory effect onAESS by inhibitory function of T lymphocytes,and so it can lessen injury of the kidneys.
