微量蛋白聚丙烯酰胺凝胶的复染法

A Restain Method of Polyacrylamide Gel for Trace Proteins

本文介绍一种先用考马斯亮兰（ＣｏｏｍａｓｓｉｅＢｒｉｌｌｉａｎｔＢｌｕｅ，ＣＢＢ）染色后，再用银染色可对微量蛋白聚丙烯酰胺电泳凝胶复染的方法，结果表明：核基质蛋白电泳凝胶经ＣＢＢ染色，仅见几条区带，将此咬再行银染，则显示５０余条清晰蛋白区带。这种复染方法适用于各种微量蛋白电泳凝胶的染色，所得区带清晰，重复性好。

This paper reported a restaining method with CBB and silver staining. Sereral bands were seenafter staning of the gel of esophageal nuclear matrix proteins by CBB method.But after the gel restained bysilver staining,more than 50 bands of proteins could be identified.This restaining method are suitable for vari-ous trace proteins of electrophoresis gel.
