摘要
本研究应用改良的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,对54例神经系统免疫炎性疾患、42例神经系统非炎性疾患、33例无神经系统疾患的骨外手术病人进行了脑脊液(CSF)寡克隆区带(Oligo-clonal-band,OCB)同步检测,结果显示:神经系统免疫炎性组CSFOCB阳性率达51.8%、非炎性疾患组CSFOCB阳性率为7.1%,无神经系统疾患的骨外科手术组无1例CSFOCB阳性结果。本研究提示:CSFOCB检测对诊断格林-巴利综合征(GBS)、多发性硬化(MS)有极重要参考价值,可作为鉴别神经系统免疫炎性疾患与非炎性疾患的重要手段,研究同时就寡克隆区带阳性率在东西方国家多发性硬化患者差异的意义,提出了种族和地区因素。
Oligoclonal-band (OCB)in CSF was detected in 54 patients with immunologic diseases of ner-vous system,42 patients with non-inflammatory diseases of nervous system and 33 operated patients without nervous system diseases The results show that OCB is positive in 51.8%of patients with immunologic dis-eases of nervous system, in 7.1%of patients with noninflammatory diseases and none of operated patients without nervous system diseases. The studies indicate that OCB in CSF has significant value in the diagnosis of guillain-barre syndrosis and multiple sclerosis and can be used in the differential diagnosis of immunologic diseases and noninflammatesy diseases of nervous system, The studies also pointed out that the different pos-itive date of OCB between eastern and western is due to race and segional factors.
