1993年7月民航总局适航司颁发了AE93024号文件,要求在中国注册的民用运输类飞机每4年进行一次称重,以保证飞机的适航性。北京飞机维修工程有限公司在汉莎专家的帮助下,建立起一整套称重程序,对各型飞机的称重工作派专人监督,到1994年底已对中国国际航空公司超过4年的飞机全部实现了称重。
The weighing of airplane and balance of weight are a very important problem relating to the ensuring for flight safety. If the total weight of a plane and its centre of gravity exceed the prescribed limit, it could give rise to a serious flight accident. In the long-term service, the weight of a plane will be uninterruptedly increased and the centre of gravity, changed. A periodical weighing and correction of the basic empty weight and centre of gravity for the plane must be conducted according to the demands of the airworthiness department in order to guarantee the airworthiness of the plane. The article makes a theoretical analysis as well as exposition of practice. It has a certain applied value.
