100万美元,这笔数字对一家不起眼的小企业来说意味着什么,是不言而喻的;对经历了几十年的贫困,目前仍很贫困的我们国家来说,同样是一笔不小的开支。前不久,笔者听说上海新亚制药厂花去100万美元,于1984年从国外引进的一条铝管全自动生产线,不仅没有产生经济效益,相反成为工厂的包袱,投产3年,每年的产值还对付不了机器的折旧费,于是,在去年1月被迫停机。为了摸清引进该生产线的来龙去脉,笔者带着疑虑的心情跨进了该厂大门,对该厂进行了采访。接待者是曾经参与这条铝管生产线引进工作的该厂设备科干部,
In 1984, Shanghai New Asia Pharmaceutical Factory introduced a full automatic production line of pharmaceutical-use aluminium tube supplied by Rieckermann(Hong Kong) Ltd. The line of 11 pieces of equipment, costing one million dollars with annual capacity of 40 million tubes, was manufactured by weinmen and Schneider Company of Thailand. Due to little experience in the production, and wrong estimates in the market and in the quality of home-made raw materials, the factory failed to obtain economic efficiency, so that the line had had to stop operation by January, 1988. The article suggests that measures be taken rapidly by departments concerned of the country, so as to avoid the repeat error of this kind.
