摘要
1995年8月8日至8月10日,民航总局在北京召开全国民航科技大会,贯彻全国科技大会精神,提出“科教兴业”战略,号召民航系统全体职工响应中央号召,积极投身“科教兴国”的伟大实践,把民航事业发展转移到依靠科技进步和提高人员素质的轨道上来,开创民航工作的新局面。民航总局鲍培德副局长主持了开幕式,陈光毅局长在开幕式上作了重要讲话。
Science and technology are the first productive forces, becoming an important motivation in pushing the society forward. The article expounds with detailed actual examples the transport production of civil aviation industry, the quality of modern managerial personnel, ground-supporting capability and economic benefits etc, since reform and opering to the world which gained development by leaps and bounds and achieved great success with worldwide attention depending on the advance of technology.
