摘要
为适应民航企业劳动制度、工资制度的深化改革,加强民航运输企业的基础管理工作,提高企业的管理水平和经济效益,按劳动部要求,民航总局人劳司计划从1990年起,利用3~5年时间逐步制定出民航行业主要工种的定额定员标准。由于民用航空器维修工作点多、面广,工作量差异悬殊,影响因素多,情况复杂,各企业生产任务繁重。
In order to suit the deepening reforms of labour and wages systems in the enterprise of civil aviation, strengthen the basic management work of the transport enterprise in civil aviation and raise management level and economic benefits of the enterprise, the Department of Personnel and Labour of the General Administration of Civil Aviation will, according to the demands of the Labour Ministry and beginning from 1990, plans to make use of 3 -5 years to work out step by step the 'quota and fixed number of staff members' standards for the main types of work in production in civil aviation. The article carries out an analysis combined with the characteristics of civil aircraft maintenance.
