国家技术监督局于1988年12月27日正式批准、发布了《标准化工作导则产品包装标准的编写规定》国家标准,并规定从1989年5月1日起在全国范围内的各种产品生产厂、贮运部门、监督检验部门等全面贯彻实施本标准。本标准是一项重要的基础标准,为编写产品包装标准提供了一个比较合理的模式。全面贯彻实施本标准,必将加快产品包装标准的制定速度,提高产品包装标准的质量,促进我国包装工业的发展,做到产品包装有章可循,包装破损逐步降下来,从而可以获得较大的经济效益和社会效益。
