一、建立BSP的必要性近年来,随着航空运输业的高速发展,我国销售代理业迅速崛起。目前,销售代理企业已由1993年初的500多家发展到1200多家(其中一类销售代理283家),从业人员已超过2万人,销售额已由1992年的30亿人民币增加到1993年的80多亿,占全民航销售量的50％左右。
