This article will from two aspects expound the demands for qualified examination and approval of the engine electronic control system, and the most effective method of coincidence analysis and means of verification. Because the software of the engine electronic control system may lead to a potential error which makes the engine be discovered an unforeseen abnormal phenominon when in airworthiness examination and approval, the engine electronic control software should be observed and verified as a crux.
