喷雾包装技术是气溶胶产品(气雾剂)赖以发展的基础。本文的目的在于介绍产生固体粒子或液滴分散在气体中所构成的稳定的或准稳定的悬浮体系的必要条件,喷雾罐、喷雾阀、喷雾灌装机等气溶胶产品生产中必要的包装容器和设备的基本知识,以及气溶胶种类的广泛性,以引起大家对发展我国气溶胶产业的兴趣。喷雾包装的含义和特点喷雾包装的确切含义是通过必要的包装手段。

China's current manufacturing capacity of aerosol container reaches over 100 million units per year, with half and half proportion of aluminium and three-piece tin plate ones. Most containers have volumes of 650ml, 335ml and 175ml, and one inch of valve diameter. Major application areas involve hairsprays, pesticides, mould releaves and pharmaceuticals among others. It is forecast that China's household cosmetics industry will need 50 million aerosol containers by 1990. Container body and valve making equipment has been mostly introduced from West Germany, Italy, the United States, France and Britain. Many fillers are products of Britain, Italy and the United States.
