摘要
本文通过理论分析和实验结果,证明了对经电加工后铝型材挤压模具工作带进行挤压珩磨抛光和超声波清洗是理想的精密研磨技术,有效地去除了变质层和残余应力,表面粗糙度小于 Ra=0.4μm,满足了该模具 PCVD TiN 的工艺要求。
Through theoretical analysis and according to experimental re- suits,this paper proves the technology of extrusion grinding and polishing and then ultrosonic cleaning of aluminium profile extrusion dies after electro discharge ma- chining to be an ideal precision grinding technology.The technology removes sur- face modification layer and residual stress effectively,and it can achieve a surface roughness less than Ra=0.4μm.Therefore,it satisfies the requirements of PCVD (Plasma Chemical Vapour Deposition) TiN process for the die.
