图像锐化边界和Rapid变换的手写汉字识别

HANDWRITTEN CHINSE CHARACTER RECOGNITION BY SHARPENING PATTERN EADGE AND RAPID TRANSFORM

本文提出了一种锐化图像边界和用Rapid变换的手写汉字识别方法。文字图像由摄像机输入,在预处理阶段用锐化图像边界方法,使笔道二值化更加容易。然后再用Rapid变换抽取文字特征。其算法能比较好地吸收手写汉字的扭曲、变形。系统实验表明本方法是有效的。

A method of handwritten character recognition is proposed, which uses to sharpen pattern edge and rapid transform. After inputing character patterns, the preprocessing is made with sharpening pattern edge so that the strok binary is more easier. Through rapid transform the feature of characters is extracted. The algorithm can absorb the deformation and distortiom of handwirtten characters. The simulation experiment shows that the recognition algorithm is effectively.
