摘要
用扫描电镜观察裂纹的形貌及分布。针对凸轮的磨削特性及金相因素对裂纹敏感性的影响,分析了裂纹的发生及扩展机理。在实验研究的基础上确定了防止磨削裂纹的措施。工艺改进后凸轮轴的裂康率由原来的12%下降至1.5%以下。
The morphology and distribution feature of grinding cracks are carefully observed with the SEM. By analyzing the characteristic of cam grinding and the effect of mi-crostructure on the sensibility of cracks,the mechanism of crack initiation and propagation are investigated. On the basis of test, some measures to avoid grinding cracks are established. The reject rate of products is reduced to within 1. 5%,which is much lower than the previous 12%.
