摘要
本文对在轴承磨削中利用磨削火花信号实现砂轮磨损状态在线辨识的可行性进行了试验研究。结果表明,磨削火花信号的各统计特征量与砂轮磨损状态的变化规律相似,利用磨削火花信号能够识别出砂轮磨损的不同状态,其中以信号方差最敏感。研究结果为在轴承磨削中实现砂轮磨损状态的在线监控,对砂轮进行视情修整提供了基础。
In this paper, experimental research for feasibility of on-line identification for grinding wheel wear states utilizing grinding spark signal in bearing grinding is presented. The research results show that the regularity of characteristics of grinding spark signal is similar to the grinding wheel wear, and the identification of grinding wheel wear states utilizing grinding spark signal is possible. This research will provide the basis for on-line states identification for grinding wheel wear in bearing grinding.
