摘要
通过理论分析实际测量“木兰”摩托车用齿轮,用万工显测量与专用量仪测量的结果进行比较,发现其万能工具显微镜测量精度较高,能对7级和7级以下精度的窄斜齿圆柱齿轮的齿向误差实现精确测量。
On the basis of theoretical analysis ,the gear of Mulan motorcycle was mea-sued with universal tool microscope and special measuring instrument respectively and then the comparasion was done between the measuring results. It is found that the precision of the univeral tool microscope is higher ,It can accurately measue the error of the cylindrical gear with narrow helical tooth with the precision of grade 7 and below.
