Brief Description of Motorcycle Gearbox Design

变速器是发动机中主要部件,其功能是改变传动比、改变驱动轮的扭矩和转动方向。设计合理的变速机构,能充分发挥发动机的功能和降低油耗,也能确保噪声小和延长发动机使用寿命,因此变速器在摩托车发动机中得到广泛应用。

Gearbox is the key part of the Engine. It is used to change the transmission ratio, torque and running direction of the driving wheel. Rational design of the gearbox mechanism can give full play of motorcycle engine's function reduce the oil consumption , lower down the noise level and extend the life of the engine. Therefore gearbox is broadly used in motorcycle engine.
