1E40FM发动机是单缸、二冲程、强制风冷汽油机。传动机构采用自动离心离合器、无级变速系统。发动机的扭矩曲线比较陡,对转速比较敏感,这和坐式摩托车的要求相适应。变速系统在发动机曲轴转速大于某一临界值时,变速比为定值。
1E40FM engine is a single cylinder, 2-stroke gasoline engine with forced air cooling system. Its transmission system uses auto centrifugal clutch and stepless speed changing system. The torque curve of the engine is quite steep and very sensitive to the rotating speed,which are conformable to the requirement by scooters. The gear ratio of the transmission system is constant when the crank shaft rotating speed is over a certain critical.
