摘要
该文研究了以赤磷、硝酸胍和安定剂为主要成份的瞬时成烟发烟剂。燃烧时,硝酸胍和大气中的氧共同与赤磷作用,增加了药剂的燃烧速度和成烟活性。赤磷、硝酸胍二元混合物的放热温度是205℃,明显低于赤磷的燃点260℃。加入安定剂后有效抑制了药剂的反应活性,保证药剂能够长期贮存。将这种药剂制做成疏松装药,用于海上快速大面积成烟。
This paper studied the rapid smoking agent consisted of the red-phosphors,guanidine nitrate and stabilizer as main components, The burning rate and smoking activation is incresed in combustion due to oxidization of red phosphors with the oxygen in bothguanidine nitrate and atmosphere. The exothermal temperature of binary mixture of redphosphors and guanidine nitrate is 205℃ that is much lesser than the hurning point of redphosphors(260℃).The activation of composition can be effectively deterreted by addingstabilizer,it will ensure the longterm storage of composition,decrease its function and impact sensitivity. The loose charge made of this composition can rapidly produce a large areaof smoke screens on sea.
