摘要
该文研究在同一光学谐振腔内设置双电极对TEACO2激光器的问题。在横向放电区,由于等离子体化学反应的感生介质N2O和NO在各个放电区中相互扩散,相互扰动,从而干扰了双光脉冲对输出的稳定性。从气体横向放电引起的感生介质为基础,从理论和实验上分析讨论了感生介质扩散系数和传播速率,并采用复化Simpson公式在计算机上进行了数值计算,所得结果与实验相符。此项工作的开展,为研究多电极对激光器奠定了理论及实验基础。
This paper studies the TEA CO2 laser which sets double-pair electrodes inthe same resonant,and at its crosswise discharge domain, Since the induced medium N2Oand NO produced in plasma chemical reaction diffuse and disturb each other in each discharge domain,they affect the stability of output energy of double pulser。 Based on inducedmedium produced by air discharge, the paper analyse and discuss the diffusivity and propagation velocity in theory and experiment, and compute the numerical solution by Simpsonformula,and the result is same as the result in experiment.The study will lay a theoretical and experimental fundation of multipair electrodes laser.
